Today was a pretty tough day. We learned this morning that Great Grandpa Silva (Papa) won't be with us much longer as his health has gotten significantly worse. I was supposed to fly down this weekend but we felt that it would be best to go now instead, just in case. I hurried home after work, packed a bag, had dinner with Ted and Maddy, and then headed to the airport (where I am writing this blog post). I got a cute picture of Ted and Maddy before I left at least.
