Pig Tails

Maddy's hair is getting really long and if you don't put it up, it hangs in her eyes which annoys her and us. We tried out a new style...PIG TAILS! She looks so cute, we had to share!

So Big!

Grandma Kim bought Maddy a few summer outfits to decorate her nursery when we came home from the hospital when she was born. They were all 9 months and it seemed as though she'd never fit in them. Well...now they fit and since we have had some nice weather in Tacoma, here are some pictures!

7 Months

I attempted to take Maddy's 7 month photo after work tonight. It failed miserably for three main reasons: 1) she is grouchy in the evenings after being at daycare all day; 2) she has this "fun" new habit of screaming her head off if you set her down and she would prefer to be held; 3) she apparently doesn't like grass. I figured I would post the photos anyway since dinner was just about ready and I didn't really have time to redo them AND because everyone always comments on how happy Maddy is and I always say "well its not like we post pictures of her screaming." Well here you go, screaming pictures. Happy 7 months!

Mother's Day

Ted and Maddy planned a wonderful picnic to a local state park to celebrate Mother's Day. It was a beautiful sunny day and we had a great time!

6 Months Photos

We had photos taken for Maddy's 6 month milestone this past weekend. Maddy was so fun during the shoot and did a great job. Who would have thought she was on the verge of being super sick, including having a 102.5 degree fever the very next day. She's such a trooper! Enjoy the photos :)

UW Tacoma Lu'au

Maddy, Ted and I went to the University of Washington Tacoma's 1st Annual Lu'au tonight. We ate some great Hawaiian food, watched our students perform and overall had a great time. Maddy really enjoyed all the action (especially chewing on her lei).
